Title: back fires & pops

:dunno: ok did the rejetting...Uk bike...

125 mains,pilots 40`s.. 1 down on needle  3 turns out on air mix.

tested yeserday,seemed ok....(poped a bit )

Today it pops and back fires a bit,now and then...


Bike set up      ,K&n  air filter,in box  (with restrictor)....a/ignition ..15 tooth f/spocket..motad  full exhaust system,not race,but replacement..

The bike puts over 4000 revs 0k....

Your running a little lean.  Might try turning OUT the air mix screw a bit.  Turn them each a 1/4 turn until the problem goes away.

If you take out the restrictor you may need to go up one size on the main jet - if you do not it will likely pop and backfire.
