How does it attach to the tank? How much did it set you back? I think I'd rather get a tankbag than a backpack.

How do you like it? I can get one for 45 bucks from new enough shipped, and Ive been looking into one for a while (backpack is gettin uncomfortable). How secure is it? it would be for my CBR, how well do the flaps conform to the bike? (the CBR has some deep insets for the knees in the tank...). Thanks for the info weasel!

Heck of a deal for under $50.  Better looking than my Marsee bag and a little less money.

Yeah I really like mine too. Got it from my local shop cause it was $40 there and no shipping to pay! Nice to have my phone right there on top of the tank.

So hows it fit?

fits good. its small tho. so if u plan on carrying a lot of stuff, dont get it.  its perfect for around town or short trips just to carry stuff.  u could get maybe 2-3 t-shirts inside the main pouch (just to give u an idea).  im just not so sure bout how will it will hold up in the wind since there are no straps.. we'll see i guess :)

Looks like it's magnetic.  Only magnetic bags have those wings on the side

yea it is magnetic.  4 mags, 2 on the side, and one in the front and one in the back.  the one up front is tiny and doesnt hold as well as sides or back. so thats my only concern...

In mine right now... wheel lock, keys (to house), wallet, phone, extra gloves, and insurance info.

Ohhh and you can take it to pick up 3 or 4 dvds and they'll fit with nothing else in side the main pocket.

Daniely, for a laptop, you're better off with a tailbag, imho.  I bought this one, that expands out for extra width.  Very easy on and off with a carrying strap as well.  I like it cuz it's not huge and bulky.  Looks sporty and aerodynamic.

Someday I'll have to post pics of it on the GS.

four bungies that attach under the seat.  The GS has four little attachment points, hopefully the CBR's have something like that.

Oh, if you ever buy the saddle bags, the bungies hide nicely out of the way, and the tailbag just snaps into the saddlebags.  It's extremely well made, I'm very impressed.

Here's a pic of the tailbag on my bike, along with the Super-mini tankbag.
