ok, ok, i know these questions have been asked tons of times. so i looked over all the info i could find and still need some clarification. the rejet matrix that's posted somewhere around here says you can put in 40 pilots, 127.5 mains and a k&n filter and you DON'T need a performance exhaust. is this a k&n drop in filter? with or without restrictor? anyone have experience with this set up? thanks in advance.
That will be K&N drop in, exhaust optional ... though check with someone who has tried it to be sure ... If you had a slip on ... I'll know that will work ...
Cool.

Did the rejet the other day. 40 pilots,....125 mains.

if that helps  Tony
that definitely boosts my confidence, thanks tony. did you run into any problems or snags while reassembling everything?

Ok the dealio is this ... I have 12-13 I can make, I got 14 bend pieces of pipe ... about 10 are paid for, leaving 2-3 open ... Less if we burn up 1 or 2 ... dont laugh We destroyed a couple on the previous run ...
In future after this lot is made ... I'll decide if I am making more ... and if so ... I'll make 10 minimum, laser cutting the discs evidently he needs 10-12 ... so I guess buy it now, or find 10 friends and order one later ... BTW I might bump the price up to like $45 for laser guys ... so far I have been picking out of scrap ... cheaper ... But laser cutting the disc and the bolt holes and the big hole might make for a cleaner product ... We have a 6 pack of holes in the flange as it sits right now that are un used ... Doesn't affect functionality ... some people asked me if I did it for looks :? ... so to some twisted people it looks good :?
Cool.
Srinath.
Thanks for making those for us, Srinath. You're making a lot of things possible that were previously un-possible.

I am on it ... The last 2 days were carbs and tank and bars for powder coating ... tommorow I drop them off ... I had to prioritise differently cos the powder guy was doing the color wed/thursday, so no $$$ for color change whoo hooo ... had to pull an about face ... Flanges are the only thing after tommorow ...
Cool.
