Yea, they fill up quick, they had to split my class into two sessions for the weekend i took it since so many people signed up. Watch out for people who dont look to comfortable int he S turn, we had a couple people go down, and a couple others were asked to leave. Its ALOT of fun though, the slolom is SOO much fun, i was scrapin peg :).

its weird how different states have different class formats.  in pa a class is separated into 4 days.  for example

week 1:  tuesday 6pm to 8:45pm classroom
            saturday 8am to 1pm road
week 2:  tuesday 6pm to 8:45pm classroom
            saturday 8am to 1pm road

i cant wait!

where are you taking the class weaselnoze?

I took mine at a harley dealership

They had a really nice course though, set back behind the building.  lots of fun.  ah, memories :)

oh, and be glad you are in PA, where you have a reasonable chance of getting into a course.  In Maryland, there is so much demand that there is actually a LOTTERY to see who gets to take the course in some counties  :o

im taking it at some Arts and Tech center in phoenixville.  it's about an hour away (not quite).  the bad thing is this.  since i am an alternate, which means if someone cancels or doesnt show up then i get the spot.  alternates have to be there the first nite to see if they get in.  well im doing this with a friend so there has to be at least 2 ppl that cancel.  besides that, it will be a long drive to find out that one or neither of us can take it.  wtf.

Shoot we have it easy down here in AL.  I actually took my MSF in Pensacola, FL since that was the closest place that offered it, about an hour drive.  I basically got to pick which weekend I wanted.  I guess because they offer it so frequently while I had more than 10 people in my class I had no problem getting in.  :dunno:  You basically get to pick which weekend would be best for you.  No wait lines that I know of or at least for not more than one weekend.  It was an awesome class also.   :thumb:

the last time i checked classes in pa was only 2 days  :dunno:

i took mine in va last fall...funny thing was the instructors gave me an award for doing the fastest 8 figure turns....they said they've never seen anyone do it faster ever....i was like, whatever

and then there was another lady who had gotten an award...for doing the most wheelies...that's right, wheelies! she was riding this 125cc suzuki...but everytime she starts out, she would do a little wheelie...it was hillarious! i don't how she managed to do them. :dunno: but she definately deserved an award  :thumb:

I signed up in PA for MSF over the internet, it worked well.  I set up a profile several days before the course opened up.  At 8 am on the day registration opened up, I logged in and got registered.  The course was filled up by the end of the day.  My course is the first 2 weekends in April.  I am looking forward to it.  Hope you can get registered.

Glad to hear that you got into a course.  I live about 30 miles NW of Pittsburgh. near the Ohio border.  The course is at Oakdale, near Pittsburgh International Airport. I'll checkout the thread, but NE PA is too far for my riding skills.
