What is the spark plug gap on my 89 gs500e?

Helpful answer:  This section from the Haynes manual (http://www.bbburma.net/Scans/Haynes_EngineSpecs.gif) should tell you what you need to know.

NOTE: The gap on the NGK site is expressed in inches.

That says 0.035 inches... which would be 0.889 mm.  I thought the stock plug gap was 0.7 to 0.8mm.  I've been running a bit over 0.8mm, and here I thought I was running wider-than-stock!

See the Haynes link in my first post.  The stock gap is 0.8 to 0.9mm.
