well the GS is really giving me the time of my life...repairing it instead of riding it :x !!! srinath rejet service made it a bit better :thumb: ...a lot better  ...but the battery wont keep its charge...i bought a walmart sealed one but the thing is so hard to install sideways...its so tight underneath the seat!... i returned it due to my frustration...then i put the old batt back to the charger waited until its fully charge and vrooooooooom! i went for a ride around the block feeling whether it will break down or die but it held pretty well...went farther to a gas station filled it up and corrected the tire psi...although its only a good 1 hr 15 min ride, im so glad that i didnt ending up burning the :guns: GS
p.s.
is the yuasa YB10L-A2 ok for the GS?does it install the right way up? is it a sealed batt like the one in walmart?
goat's syndrome
Make sure all the battery cable bolts are tight. The slightest looseness will make the starter turn over slow and also keep the battery from taking a good charge.

It should be a YB10L-B2 (vent on the + side) if the vent tube is on the right side.
........-A2 has the vent on the left (- side).
