Title: Startup Problems after Long Storage

What is the most likely cause of a not being able to start up after my bike has been untouched for about 4 months.

#1 reason: battery
#1.2a: Fuel turning to varnish clogging all the jets in the carburetor.

Assuming that it is turning over -

No fuel in the float bowls - put in prime

Bad fuel in the float bowls - replace

yes it is turning over, just won't fire.
