I have Uni pod filters, so this is what I have.
#20 pliot jet, #67.5 mid main, # 147.5 main (w/dynojet needles from jet kit)
I wouldn't go bigger than #20 pilots, but the #65 mid main and #147.5 main
sounds good.
I got my jets from Sudco. I can get part #s if you need them.

You could probably go a little bigger in colder climates.
But the 20s work great in CA. I'd be concerned about it loading up at idle if it was running too rich.

OK so I got one 22.5/65/147.5 and one 20/65/147.5

Anyone else wanna back up either of these? I need to know so I can go to the shop later today.

Thanks!

The pilot jet is mainly for the idle circuit. If the stock jet is too small, it will be lean. Causing an occasional backfire while idling. Mostly annoying.
I have Uni pod filters and a Yosh exhaust.  The #20 pilot jet took care of the popping.
With a K&N in the airbox it may not be a problem using the stock pilots.
I also turned the air screw out 3.5 turns.

Cool, I am going to see if this last place in town has 'em but, if they dont I'll try it with stockers.

The only place online I've found the nonbleed pilots is Bikebandit.com. If anyone knows of another online dealer of jets I'd love to hear it. BTW, Dennis Kirk has the mains also.

Minimum order is $15 though. So 1 or 2 jets is a problem.
I just ordered some O-rings for my FCR carbs and had to add some chain lube to the order to make the minimum. Then the S&H was $8.50 + tax.
So small orders aren't worth it.
But they have anything you need and are good people to deal with  :thumb:
