I just bought my wife a 1995 GS and we were wondering what saddlebags fit the best and which are the best value. Any help will be greatly appreciated .
IMO...givi hard bags are the best...but expensive...
for soft bags...any one of these will do the job...
(I have the JoeRocket ones...and they're doing pretty good for me)

I like the looks of the Nelson Riggs or the Tourmaster. Does anyone have any thoughts on these?
I find Tourmaster's SB-34 saddlebags http://www.accwhse.com/photos/tm_sb34.gif to be good looking and very useful due to its dimensions [18 1/2"L x 6 1/2"W x 12"H]. Long and tall and not too fat. Unfortunately, they're not listed on that close-outs page, however, the Nelson Rigg Standard look to be dimensionally similar and the price simply cannot be beat. Sixty-five bucks :o I'm placing my order. :thumb:
I have the same Tourmaster Cortech bags as Kerry http://www.bbburma.net/HowTo/TourMaster_CortechBags/ and have been very happy with them.
Gisser thanks for your in put. I like the Nelson Rigg bags too. I found them at www.Chaparralmotorsports.com for $55.00. I like the Deluxe saddlebags also. Thanks.

I like the looks of the bags on your bike. Where did you get them? What brand are they? Thanks
They're Cargo Endurance. They seem to be sold in the UK primarily, but I picked it up at a local store here in Toronto. Here's a link to them:

I got the Sports Tankbag and the Sports Panniers. The saddlebags expand to 40L each!
