I've brought the front up on the Baby just to see how it reacted, but I have not tried riding any distance...my days of that are long gone. Every once in a while when Bebe is with me I have accidentally brought the front up when going into second; shifted with clutch in too long, revs come up, clutch engages and the front lifts about a foot. Probably the most hilarious wheelie I ever did was when I was teaching one of my younger brothers how to do it on his little Honda 50. It was one of the clutch-less jobs with the small wheels and a 4-stroke 50cc motor. You could push down on the shifter and rev the engine and it was like it was in neutral till you let the shifter back up into gear. Well, I did this one too many times and it took off with me hanging on to the bars with my feet dragging behind me. He said I went about 100 feet or so and around in circles, spinning like a top. He thought I was doing this on purpose until I went up the side of my truck and placed a crease up the whole left side. I was just trying to get the thing back down! It broke my right pinky finger and gashed my truck pretty good but the little Honda had nary a scratch. Love the Baby GS and this forum.

Here is a link to a video that GRU did last year.  Pretty cool stuff!

Okay, maybe it is a dead link.

Does GRU still post here?

I can ride one also at 10:00 for about 100 to 125 yards.  I post on stuntlife and you can see in my avatar me pulling a wheelie, thats when i was just learning though.  I havent gotten any lately as my bike is in my garage getting a "makeover".  My name is crazytexan on stuntlife.
