OK these carbs I am working on ...
I drill out the plugs on the air screws ... and as I screw in the screws Somehting seems odd ... and I take them out only to find ... no spring under one of the screws ... Like WTF ... the factory forgot to install them ...
Now Someone else has been in the carbs too ...
I found missing O rings ... both top o rings were not there, and bad O rings in the float seat piece and get this ... bent needles ... some genius thought the needles will work better with a nice bend in them ... I am now wondering how the bike even ran ... and I have been told it did run ... BTW the carbs were clean ... except for some crusted up rust in the floats ...
Cool.

Maybe it was made on the Monday after the Sake Festival?

Oh well isn't this the pot calling the kettle black ... Mr president of the tard farm ...
Yea I guess waste of space ... but my larger point is ... these carbs are simple ... however I find more and more innovative ways they are f**ked up ... so I guess they ay not be as simple as I believe they are ... I dunno ... what else is there to conclude ...
Cool.
