Post by: liston127 on April 18, 2005, 10:09:55 AM
Have any of ya'll seen this bike? I had never even heard of it until I saw it on some other website. Is this bike available in the U.S?  I didn't even find it on the suzuki website.

Is this what your talking about? Yea, sweet. It's just the fairing kit.

all it is is a kit that is made in brazil. imho it looks alot better than the 04-05 gs. its not an official bike, just some letters slapped onto a fairing.  very pricey and fragile from what i've heard and the fit of it isnt that great.

So does anyone on this site have this fairing upgrade? Hoew much do you think it would cost to get it installed?

Installation will be free.

Titan Air-tech is another kit, not as pretty.

I actually just received mine about two weeks ago, and I have nothing but high praise for the kit!  It seems a couple of people, on this board, bought the undertail eliminator kit and they didnt fit very well.  But I bought the entire kit, which includes an entire new backend that has NO seems!  It looks f'ing incredible - I'll post some pics later...

Here's a couple pics of the Brazilian tail that I bought, which has no seems.  I also bought a turn signal integrator kit - so I'll have no "turn signal stalks" whatsoever!

not exactly...you have the pre 2001 tail kit that replaces everything. myself and a couple others on this board has 2001+ kits...and they pretty much suck.

have you put it on yet? don't love it till you do. i can't imagine something that replace the entire tail not fitting very well but i wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't either.

Yeah, I knew you guys had the newer GS's, thats what I was trying to say by you only had the undertail part.  I havent mounted it yet, but I "dry fitted" it and everything lines up just perfect - let you know how it actually installs when I do it....

It matches the color of my rims - dark grey, 98 GS...  By the way Liston, I agree with Jetswing about the newer model tail kits from Aluizio - they have seems and are ugly as f !  I guess its one of the few times that its better to have an older model, lol
