the same as my 2000.   i used one washer on the jet needles #40 pilots and 125 mains, and three turns out on the air/fule mix.   it runs great, and sounds great with a full v&h system.   if you take your time you dont have to pull off the carbs to rejet.    also i changed out the phillip screws with allen head screws.   see ya.

I have a '97 w/ V&H....but the person I bought it from had a Dynojet kit on it, with 37.5 pilots 122 mains, with the mixture screw 5 turns out, and a grooved needle...I tried to change the jets to 40 pilot and 125 mains, and adjust the mix screw but it was a no go with the DJ needle, so I'm back to the DJ set-up...I think I just need a valve adjustment to help my gas mileage...i'm getting 42-47 mpg. If you need jets, let me know i have 125 and 40 sitting brand new in a baggie
