Anyone know any good online Katana resources. My brother is looking at a '99 750. Katana Planet seems to be a shadow of what it used to be and I don't know any other good mod sites. Thanks.
www.maximum-suzuki.com is bandit and katana specific. lots of info there, and most that were on katanaplanet are there.
The Katana's are air cooled...I don't know why you'd get an aircooled sport bike...unless the new ones aren't then I retract my statement...
Well, if it's air-cooled then you don't have to worry about cooling system problems. Makes it much simpler to maintain. And from what I've read, the Kat 750 is a pretty good street-bike. Love the little GS and the forum.

Air oil cooled Kat ... famous for being bullet proof ... that air flow thing ... it reacts better in traffic than many water cooled bikes ... air is better than water ... just got themselves ligislated out of main stream due to emissions/noise etc ... for a long term commuter air all the way ... add oil cooler and its just icing ...

It's air/oil cooled like the old gixxers. Kats more of a sport/tourer anyhow. Nice well rounded bike.

Yeah, I gotta give you that. They are ugly. But they are well rounded bikes, especially for the money. Plus, I can fix ugly with a few hundred bucks and an hour on ebay.
