Hallo to all of you.
I have 5500 km on my bike now.Two days ago i changed the oil,the oil filter and the sparks.I 've noticed that the old sparks were white.Very white. And if i remember good, that means that i am running lean. The mixture should be richer.Correct?
I would like to know how i can make it richer.Where is the mixture screw and if i can make things worse if i do something wrong? Some pics would be great!

Well, that's really not a lot of running time on a set of plugs. If the mixture is too lean you should see some blistering of the insulator and/or you will notice some popping when you accelerate. You may just be burning really clean at the moment, but at any rate, to change the mixture of the carbs requires re-jetting and/or re-positioning of the slide needles. The idle mixture can be adjusted but supposedly the stock carbs have a plug over the idle mixture adjustment that must be removed in order to change it. You might be pulling some air in through the boots holding the carbs on the head...you might check that. But, the carb guru Srinath will probably be giving you some advice soon. Love the mighty Baby GS and this forum.

Hm...I was thinking that there is some easy way to make the mixture richer.I have very little expirience with carbs or the engine.Wouldn't like to make it worse.
When you roll on/blip the throttle (nuetral, sitting still ) does the engine hang at 3000 rpms or so then take a few seconds to return to idle?
Here is a plug diagnosis thing ( pics too) to look at...
