Title: Replacing RPM/Speedometer light?

hey folks!

question, how do you replace the bulb in the Speedometer? I pulled the unit out of the handlebars, but it doesnt seem to come apart so I can change the bulb.

what gives?

I am assuming that you have located the wires going into the back of the instruments ("clocks" for our Euro friends - god I love calling them that!). The bulb is mounted in a rubber/plastic socket that is press fit into the back of the speedo/tach. Gently pull the socket out with your favorite removal tool. The bulb will be inserted into the socket.

Reassembly is the opposite of disassembly. If you need some pics:
