Gotta love a ridiculous ebay auction that just happens to be 30 minutes from your office. Scored this thing for 10 bucks (it actually looks better in person!).

Anyways, that little contraption doesn't really work as a pit bike if you're wearing any gear whatsoever. I like Octane's old-school bike :)

Looking at that contraption and following the links got me looking at the Honda Monkey bikes. I want one! :mrgreen:

the original post has inspired me to take on a new project.. tomorrow or the next day i will be picking up an 1990 honda xr100. supposedly it runs some of the time but with low compression. im thinkin a rebuild. i'll post up a thread when i get some pics!

Low compression came stock on those XR's!!! For "ride-ability" factor that rivals a PW50 with billet training wheels.

Just kidding, but an XR100 would be rockin' with taller bars, seat and some cheap little engine mods.

Gotta love drifting in the dirt!
