So i put everything back together last night for my carb rejet, i got drunk in the meantime, i tried to turn her on last night, nothing. This morning, nothing. Engine tries to turn, tries and tries. I tried draining the fuel out of the nipple of my carb to see if it was getting any, it wasn't. Whyno fuel to carbs? Thanks for the help!

turn the tank back on?
make sure that you leave the fuel petcock on PRI for a while since the carbs are dry.
If that doesn't work, make sure that you have connected all the hoses correctly. Kerry's fuel hose routing diagram (http://www.bbburma.net/FuelHoseRouting.htm) might be useful.
tank is on, main valve under tank is on, only little bit of gas in tank, but shouldn't matter i don't think. I have a 92' GS and I live in California and was also wondering if California models maybe didn't come with a tank overflow hose 'cuz after putting everything together, i cant seem to find a hose to go there.

That could make a big difference.
I will try putting more gas, engine almost turned over on one attempt!! After trying for a few seconds, the engine stops trying to turn, and i can just hear the starter making "clicking" noises trying to get the engine to turn, why is that?

Is the petcock to PRI?
if its to ON, fuel will only flow while there is vaccum from the engine. if its set to PRI, then fuel will flow without vacuum so your float bowls will fill without cranking till your battery is dead.
Thanks all, I am charging battery as we speak to see if that makes a difference, and I will keep it on prime when i try to start it back up, i assume i leave the choke open? Also, I was wondering if the idle screw might be playing any part in this, while taking apart the carbs, i mistakenly unscrewed the whole thing off and now i don't know what setting it was originally at, could this be a factor? Can anyone check to see what is average amount of turns to idle at around 1200? Thanks again everyone.

No can do. It varies with the throttle cable adjustment ... I think.
ok, charged up battery, bike fires, sounds like crap! i have the choke open but still need to hold the throttle open to 1/4 otherwise the bike dies. She is sounding really loud and shaking a bit. Any ideas? I used the K&N lunchbox filter and used 150/40 jets on my '92.
