i got a question about aftermarket footpegs. i know there are ones that are specifically made for the gs...but i'm not looking to get those since they are too expensive. i know some of you bought a generic ones or for another bike and have fit them on gs. which one would fit the best on the gs with some mod?

i used the gsx600 pegs and they worked fine

what year pegs are those? or does it really not matter?
its from a recent model of the gsx models.

Did the position move back a bit after installing the GSXR pegs?
I have the same pegs.
Had to grind them to fit, and lower the rear break pedal a tad. They are much more comfortable. The only negative is they dont flip up.
maybe I'm alone but I really like the stock pegs :dunno_white: They're comfortable, have decent traction and the wide profile feels very solid. If the GS came with pegs like the ones pictured above I'd be looking to upgrade to something more like what we've got now.
