its pretty ricey.  im pretty much against ricer stuff.  i own a honda and yes its modded yet not ricey.    i see those running lights for trucks at walmart.  they make red, amber, and blue.  i've always thought about hooking one up under the tail but im a lil undecided

Rice simpley means looks without function!!!

Neon lights on a bike make you INFINEATLY more visible!!!!

I personally would not put lights on my bikes, but I have seen it done VERY tastefully.
The visibility factor is huge!!!!!

well I knew this guy back when i was in the gun club he had a older green zx6r a matching truck and neons all over the bike. he even went so far to add a 12 volt wiring thing from the bed to the bike so he could roll with the bike lights on.  we always got laid when we were out, it was like a big neon pimp sign.   but on a naked bike, no. get a reflective vest and wear it when the cars are required to have thier lights on.

I had put 2 neon tubes on the bottom fairing last year, hooked up to a switch connected to the battery. It actually looked pretty damn good. But then when bike got vandalised and had to get some fairing work done so i never put new ones on cauz i already got lots of goodies hooked up to my bat.

i wouldnt make it glow to the ground like cars.  But on bikes I think it looks cool under the tank and the tail.  So it sorta has a glow on the parts.  Not so much that it shines the ground much though.  just on the bike.

Dunno any laws in my state but cops always glance at my when they pass me, dont seem to care.  And i would think it looks cool doing wheelies, althought i cant ride wheelies very long, but i can sure pop them pretty high

in CA its illegal to have:

Red, Blue, Green color neon's. White is acceptable if facing forward. Amber can be borderline legal to run with (since amber is considered a running light).

I was listening to some guy ask the LAPD about this..

Neon's are considered Off Highway - Show Bike thing.. you cant run with the things on. But the LAPD cop said he might look away if he saw "amber".
