OK... who was that? I know it was someone on here.... waiting at the light to turn left onto Ottawa St. around 9:20 tonight. It looked like a newer model (blue I think). I was going to honk the horn as I drove past but figured you might think I was some kind of lunatic.

This is kinda getting crazy.
