That baby is packing 700 horsepower.
i saw that in a magazine my dad brought home. Thats way crazy that they are getting that much out of a busa engine, 4 cylinder pumpin out more than two 5.0 mustang engines. But they are fords so go figure.....haha jk
THAT'S NUCKIN' FUTS!!! :o :o :o
But what's the point if you can't RIDE it? I guess there's a certain kudos in owning the fastest bike on the bench. :dunno:
You wouldn't even have to shift doing the quartermile.
what would be the theoretical top speed on that bike?
The Chrysler Tomahawk had a theoretical top speed of about 400somethingMPH and that had a 500HP Viper engine in it. It also weighed a lot more than the Busa. So let's just say really F****** FAST!! hehe
Gearing will be the deciding factor of course though. With that much power it will probably top out the stock gearing.

ha .. it would probably top out the stock gearing EXTREMELY fast!!! itd be fun to ride .. if you had enough balls, throttle control, and enough brains to always start out in 4th gear. lol.
the crazy thing is last years record was 514.7hp
and second place was a little over 90 horses behind
wow.... :o
I wonder if anyone has actually ridden one of those or are they trailer queens.
Give me a wheelie bar and about 2 miles of straight road......
two miles of straight road, to what, blink?

brake the sound barrier :thumb:
wooooooooooooooo! shift wooooooooooooooo! shift wooooooooooooooo! shift wooooooooooooooo! shift wooooooooooooooo! shift wooooooooooooooo! BOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!!
Then stop and change my underwear.
you wouldnt be able to keep the front wheel down, some 500 bhp busa video i saw the guy was getting the front wheel off the ground everytime he got on the gas lightly (he was trying so hard to keep the front wheel on the ground)
big wheelie bar and hold on :o :o :o
Ja, there does have to be a practical limit of how much power you can put down, given the limits of the chassis and tires - not to mention the drivetrain!
my gs has about 450 hp, thats even without the flux capacitor!
You must have gone with the "Extra Zip" option from the factory, no?
