Title: Stage 1 Almost complete, 2004 GS500F, any ides for future?
Post by: bambams247 on June 04, 2005, 12:04:22 PM
Alrite! So I got my bike a couple weeks ago and stage 1 is almost over. I installed the following:

- Sunstart front sprocket 1 down
- Dynojet Jet Kit
- Vance and Hines Header/Exhaust System
- K&N FIlter
- Vortex Rear Sprocket 2 up (not installed yet, on hand)

What else is an easy bolt on that about all I have one it with about 300 miles on the bike. The ehxuast makes it sound alot better but I still might want to do more, or I will sell it and buy an R6 mid summer. Any ideas and let me know what you guys think of the mods so far. Thanks!

Why would you buy a bike, throw a bunch of money at it modding it in your first two weeks, and then sell it a couple months later for another bike with twice the HP?  Why not just buy the R6 to start with, or just stick with the GS for the year?

If you really want to keep modding, do your suspension mods next -- progressive fork springs up front and a katana/gsx-r shock in the back.  Check the FAQ or Pantablo's page (http://pantablo500.tripod.com) for directions
