Title: rear axle torqued to how much?

I used the search and went through 4 pages and didnt find anything about this, and my old computer died which had the manual downloaded onto it.  I was wonding with the rear axle is supposed to be torqued too?  I need to adjust my chain.  THanks

with bike on centerstand and in netural tighten nut down to whare the tire will not spin freely, then back off to whare cotter pin will go in, and put pin in.

You may need to "expand" the image; it's a bit larger than life....

I think I torqued mine to 55-60 nm.
