Hey, has anybody seen this (http://www.thisweekintech.com). Leo and Pat and Kevin and the guys from the old The Screensavers show on TechTV are making podcasts now. Awesome!
I don't know if anybody here watched that show or not, but once G4 took over it went downhill fast.
I agree, tech tv is a great channel, the original screen savers and call for help were great shows, Xplay is alright but gets annoying fast, all that is on there now are some shity shows, and anime, no real content anymore. What exactly is a pod cast? How can I listen to them?
That station has changed so much over like the past 2 or 3 years, it was owned by some people, then another group took over and make some changes, then it got bought again and changed to tech tv, then it was bought again and became G4 tech tv and now kinds blows. Leo Laporte is a great guy and patrick too, I know leo also does a radio show on sat mornings about tech.
The best way to download them is to get a bittorrent client like Azureus and go to http://www.thisweekintech.com/hi-b and click on one of the .torrent links to get the file. Or if you just want to listen to them online you can just click one of the episode links on the left side frame and it should open automatically.
Yea, definately the original screensavers was the best. Granted, morgan webb is smokin...lol. But the new kevins (while it was still screensavers) and whats her face do an excellent job. Now SS is gone, and AOTF sucks (attack of the show). Its basically tech news, no more SS no moer call for help. I hope leo and pat do well with the podcasting.

I've heard AOTS sucks, but I've never seen it. I switched from satellite to cable so I don't get G4TechTV anymore, but I know I'm not missing much.
