Title: exhaust gasket

so i dont think i have any.  bikes been running hot since i last removed exhuast.  anyone (kerry) have a picture of what they are supposed to look like?  also if anyone has extras i would appreciate you selling them to me!

I have only seen this kind, I have heard of some copper ring or somthing but have never used anything like it just those in the ebay link.

It just so happens that richard used my camera to take some pictures of his gaskets when he replaced his engine (a year ago).  New on the left, old on the right:

They squish ... like sparkplug crush washers ... in fact I have seen 2 stacked on mine ... seemed to work fine ... In fact I rarely see these go bad. Usually it should re seal with extra carbon in a few miles ... right after taking off and putting back the exhaust ... it may leak a shade and then seal off ...

well i dont think i even have them.  i've looked everytime i had my exhaust off and determined they r not there.  if it leaks, its barely noticeable.
