1 size bigger mains (125 up from 122.5 stock) with a UNI in the airbox and pipe, and 1 washer under needle raising it 1/2 mm, set air mix screw to three turns out

upgrade to #40 pilots while you're in there

^^ straight from the FAQ

ok,it has 127.5,and 40 non bleeder (no holes),it wont idle very good, and it acts lean on the main, when you deaccelerate it pops out the pipe,it idle's better at 1 turn out on the screws,at 2 to 21/2 it idles way too fast, wont come back down.Compression is good NO vacuum leaks, valve lash is good.Ideas, maybe the petcock diaphram? At higher RPM not receiving enough fuel from the diaphram making it lean?
