this is the first time i opened them up, you can barely see any dirt in the bowl.

I'm a dummy how's a carb actually work?  Now fuel injection I understand, but carb's...  No way! :dunno:

Smoked many O bongs back in the day..  Killed too many brain cells..

BTW high use = not much deposit, clean and non rusty tank (as a result of having gasoline constantly running through and not sitting and letting water in and rusting = clean tank ... ergo ... good use like yours helps motor, body and carbs among other things live cleaner and longer.

Draining the carbs via the drain screws once a year (like I do before winter storage) should help keep them this clean. Do you drain them? I usually notice a few grains of crud when I do.

They look good. Keep up the good work!

Why did you remove them?
