Well today I had a bottle of water, a cup - o - noodle and a little bag of doritos. How bout yourself?

Last night was my birthday, so this morning's breakfast/lunch(brunch if you will) consisted solely of orange juice and asprin/tylenol/vicodin/yeyo. :o Ok, without the last two.....

One slice roasted peppers, one slice plain from Joe's pizza on 16th st. Used to be award winning pizza. Sucked.
Subway 12" steak & cheese, Doritos, Nutter Butters, and Coke.

i am so ebarrassed, but I didn't eat dinner last night or breakfast, so by lunch this is what a devoured:
1 hot dog
1 hamburger (We BBQ'd in the back yard today)
2 small slices of pork roast from dinner the other night
1 cannoli (I made them yesterday)
Needless to say, I didn't put on my bathing suit and go in the pool after all that! I am going to the gym in about an hour though... :(
I should totally go buy a thing of string cheese...mmm...

Lunch: brought 2 frozen burittos to eat at work, but had to goto the gas station for cigs, and they have the greatest whole in the wall mexican joint there so I got 2 tacos and taquitos. mmm mmm good
For dinner: its not that time yet but I goto olive garden for a meeting for school every week so it will be shrimp and crab ravioli

ok for del taco if your a fan of the chicken soft tacos and a quesadilla. get the combo that has the 2 tacos and the quesadilla. Make it large size (they give you another taco since you dont get a larger fry) and then tell them you want CHICKEN SOFT tacos. it comes out to be like $5.02 for 3 chicken soft tacos, a quesidilla and a drink. Add in about 2 and a half quarts of water and a big cup of green tea :)
Plus a plate of French fries and 2 mighty tasty beers ;)

Jeez, that couldn't have cost more than...$2? Nicely done. I usually go with the Ramen, but supplement it with vitamins since Ramen noodle has little to nothing for nutrition.
Breakfast: Banana with some crazy stuff on it that my friend's mom recommended (like hazelnut chocolate stuff)

Lunch: Spinach and turkey lasagna with garlic bread and water
Dinner: Big cinnnamon pretzel,guacamole chips, and a dessert from applebees with water, and in about five minutes prolly some more chili mac with sweet tea. YYUMM!

don't worry there are a bunch of fatties here, we just keep it on the down low. the easiest way to lose weight, speed. both in pill form and long bike rides. since one is now illegal I'll recommend the other. a lite dinner (1000 calories less than whatever you're eating now) and an hour-long bike ride.
take this with a grain of salt, most americans take plesure in eating large meals for dinner then going to bed. subconciously associating the meal with the childhood memory of meals at home. the problem then lies in the amount consumed. while sleeping the stomach wall muscles are relaxed, which leads to the full feeling ending sooner and overconsumption to compensate for the feeling.
the easiest way to solve this problem is to substitute something like riding your motorcycle to get the same pleasurable experience without consuming the excessive amount of food.

Actually I am damn close to losing nearly 50 lbs. Before I started riding I was right around 235-240 maybe more. Now im down to 215. It is alot of hard work, but hearing people tell me how good I look after dropping that much weight is a real boost in confidence and keeps me working. I know how hard it is to quit smoking, my dad has tried NUMEROUS times, and he and my stepmom have both been diagnosed with emphysema yet they continue to blow hundreds of dollars a month on smoking.
I know how hard it is, but think how hard it is on your body, and how hard it is on the people that love you. :).

Today i used the bungee on my new F4i for the first time. I bungee'd a can of mini ravioli, my bike cover, a pair of shorts and socks, lol. I had the ravioli for lunch (before I clocked out) then went and rode around for 30 min out in some farmland nearby. Fun stuff :) I think im gonna do this every day :).

For dinner tonight I had some water (lots actually) a chicken breast (cooked on my new george forman grill KICKS ASS!) seasoned with some garlic salt, some grill seasoning (spicy) peprika, and pepper (i like spice). I also had some peas. Im still trying to find a green veggie that I like. 9 PM is my jog around the block with the dog. This whole diet thing is goin good for me :).
I had ramen for lunch and dinner.... Oh did i mention i HATE ramen.

Today:
Breakfast at 7:30 2 eggs scrambled wth some ham.
Mid day: 1 String cheese
Lunch: 1/4 lb of turkey and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
Snack: Not sure if Im gonna have cottage cheese or string cheese, but ill eat the other 1/4 lb of turkey
Dinner: Chicken breast made on george forman grill and some veggies.

Made the mistake yesterday of having a couple chilli dogs after eating so healthy...promtly threw them up :(. Didnt eat again until about 8:30 and had a spicy chicken burrito from taco bell, and half of a spicy chicken soft taco before I got full :(.
Today ill be goin healthy again :).
