Hey all,
I picked up a choke cable and have it installed on the bar side, but I don't see where to connect the other side of the cable to.. I checked ronayers.com to see if there was any ideas to help me out, but it didn't help me out.
Does anyone have a pic of where it might attach to the carbs by chance?
BTW, I bought the bike used and am not sure if there was a bracket removed etc...
Thanks! :thumb:
This is where it attaches:

Damn, I'm 90% sure I don't have that...
Does anyone have a pic of their carbs off to help me visualize this better by chance?
I deffinately need #59 and #60 in the pic.. Does anyone else know what I'll need to get the rest of the choke to work properly? Thanks!

Edit: I'd probably need #51 and 52 as well....
I couldn't say about items 51 and 52.
But you DO have items 38-41 for each carb, right? Those parts constitute the "business end" of the whole assembly.
Yes, I do have those.. :thumb:
I looked at my bike after I hopped off at home. As near as I can tell, item 51 is part of the rack that joins the two carbs together.
That part on my bike has 4 mounting holes. In the diagram, two of the holes seem to be hidden....
Jarrett, get me a list of all the parts you need. I have a choke bar (#59) and jets, if you still need them. Not sure about the clips (#60). I have a donor carb set which has most of the parts but some of cast part are damaged. I need to keep the donor set while I rebuild another set.
Someone has a PM :thumb:
