OK If I have gummed up crabs - from 4 years of sitting, and it has a fuel pump Grrrr :x ... wouldn't it be gummed up too ...
And here is the freaking kicker ... its all sealed I believe ... how to clean it ...
Cool.

pull the fuel pump off and hang it by the hose from the tank, and pour a bunch of carb cleaner in there, let it sit for about 30 min. repeat.
Suzuki carb cleaner ( Way !! stronger than Gummout) and an air compressor? :)
my .02 for exactly what its worth
:thumb:
I probably will immerse it in a cleaner + gas bath so the In and out side will get cleaning fluid and get cleaned ... Hope that the pump part doesn't ahve any hidden parts ...
Cool.
