If you are alone, use the ICE system on your cellphone. It has started to catch on here since the bombings promoted by the Ambulance service.

ICE=In Case of Emergency= put ICE on your cellphone as the number of the person you would want contacted if anything awful happened to you. If there are several use ICE1, ICE2 etc,......the more people doing it the more the word spreads and emergency services will look for it,...... also hope that you never need it.

I still have the dog tag in my boot from back in the service. that way they can identify my boot when i crash.
