Which fairing is that?

Loosk good, but it's going to deflect the wind a lot better if you put it on the bike.  :P

thanks, mastrind. I've been wondering what you guys were talking about because I still can't load the first 2 images.

Looks nice. Have you had any problems with overheating? I remember that was a concern people had about the GS-R fairing.

I like that fairing better than the stock fairing on the F.  Now it just needs a ram air system to hook up to those vents on the front fairing.   :thumb:

Title: GS500R kit downfalls
Post by: nicks11982 on August 01, 2005, 09:27:23 AM
I got the same kit in yellow. The only two things that sucks about it is that it's painted in single stage paint, and the paint is really thin.  When I got it alot of the yellow paint was rubbed off so I repainted it red, and put a shaZam! load of clear coat on it. The front end kit isn't bad to put on but takes more work than you would think. The rear end kit is a complete PAIN IN THE ASS!!! It takes alot of cutting and by the time your done your gonna have to repaint the damn  thing.:x  :x  So it looks nice but takes way more work than you would think. I would shy away from the kit. The customer service is kinda crappy and since I recieved my kit I have not been able to get ahold of them. Also It comes with no instructions at all so if you're not a decent mechanic good luck. I got lucky figuring out that the front end fairing mounted to the engine mounts!!!
