Hi, My 2001 GS 500 is not quite complete.
I am missing the tiny (1/2 inch diameter) clear-green-plastic-light-cover that goes over the turn signal indicator (the thing that shouldn't be flashing at you 1/2 mile after a turn!). I talked to my local motorcycle shop, and they said they would have to order a whole new panel. No way.
Thanks for your thoughts. Any Suzuki junk yards in the Seattle area?
I just bought a replacement Yellow one (which is better than two green lights if you ask me) from starwalt... I'm pretty sure a-train and a few other people have some.
Your best bet is to post in the For Sale / For Trade / Wanted / Hot Deals (http://www.gstwins.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=2) section.
Oh yeah... You should check out this post too: LINK (http://www.gstwins.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18480)

I've got one each, used green, used red. PM me if you are interested.
More to the point though, I thought the green was the neutral position indicator, red the oil warning, blue the high beam, and yellow the turn signal.
Could a previous owner/builder have swapped things around on you? Left to right should be Red, Green, Yellow, Blue. Perhaps someone moved the wiring/bulbs around before you bought it? :dunno:

I think the newer ones are Red Green Green Blue... :dunno:
i've got the whole set. i'll get rid of them soon as my new panel comes in the mail. PM me if u want it
I'll buy a blue plastic light cover for the high beams if anyone has an extra.
Hmmm.. Anyone think All blue would be cool? :dunno:
I would try it :thumb:
I think they should all be different colors... Then you don't have to look down to figure out which light is on...
Although..........
You could do all white covers with different color LEDs. That might be cool.
