my bike will always startup if the engine's hot - I've figured that out. If I get it started, go riding for 30 minutes. I'll leave the bike someplace for an hour. Go to start it up, and it starts up just fine. But, today it rained all day, and its been cool outside and tonight it wouldn't start up. And there's been other occasions where it just doesn't want to start.
It cranks and cranks but doesn't start. (I have new plugs(yes, correct gap & heat range)a new battery, new fuel lines, a kreemed tank, and squeaky-clean carbs)
Ah! Angry!
ok dont get pissy but are u doing a noobie no no and not using choke? jsut a thought..

take a hammer to it and don't stop till someone makes you.
for me when she's cold, you gotta choke her up real tight, and give her no throttle and she will fire up in just a couple cranks. any throttle at all and I'll be sitting there for atleast a minute to get her going.
HA. Same thing happened to me here I went to my girlfriends house for her birthday and it started raining hard and got real cool and windy so like three hours later I decided to leave because the clouds were getting really dark and when I tried to start her with full choke she would not start. so I put the fuel valve on PRIme for a few seccond and shook the bike pretty hard and she started right up. I did get scared when it didnt start at first.
