How quiet was the stock exhaust before? I don't know because I bought mine with the v&h exhaust on it and it does sound good. :thumb:

Looks pretty cool just the way it is. :thumb:
Yeow Bright yellow bike ... My eyes still dilated from sleep ... yea I am now seeing it everywhere ... But Yea nice job ... Any trouble ??

HEHE sorry srinath should of warned ,and told everyone to put some shades on first! 8)
The stock muff was pretty quiet and did`nt sound meaty enuff!
Now I`s got some meat in the mUff!
Got a wileyco carbon fibre can yesterday, gonna put it on today after work and see how that looks!
is that a UFO enduro front headlight? i am interested in doing something different like that...got a write up on the install or anything?
the fairing is a raptor like fairing that i got from the uk ,it was reasonably cheap, the fairing is a little flimsy too,not too happy with it but maybe upgrading it to a bikeside b4 fairing from wildhair accessories, they look badass!
Damn thought this was a different kind of thread.... but ... Uh... Congrats on the new Muff.....
*phew* I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that.
What year is that GS, Fretbuzz?
It is one of the coolest I've seen. I've heard the raptor was cheap before (I think Octane had one before he went to the Acerbis). But I love the way you've done your bike.
That Corbin is dope! Love the headlight. I still haven't put my Wileyco on.
If you sell that light, let me know.
Love it! Black rims may make it look even better, but it is a 9 for sure.

...gotta say that subject line got my attention. Then I read the first line of the post and thought "that Srinath is a talented guy" :?

Got my carbon on and I love it .
The tone is better than the stainless steel! :thumb:
I thinkit looks cooler too!
Yeah My ass loves the Corbin too sweetest seat!
So what do ya think ,carbon or stainless?

definitely stainless. the carbon looks like a cheap knock off.

I went to the Corbin site and they only talk about GS500E's up to the year 2000. Has anyone put the Corbin seat on a GS500F?
you'd have to downgrade to a old style tail and tank. so what whould be the point?
is the carbon fiber pipe quieter than the stainless pipe? mellower maybe?
Mmm... Muff.
hey do you have any more pic I am thinking about getting a fairing like that also was it hard to put on and doe it help with the wind any?
it really doe`snt help too much for wind protection,it was`nt hard to get on
just used a straight metal bracket that is used for making frames and bolted it to the headlamp ears on the forks!
you have to get a 1/8 " metal tube to use as spacers between the fairing and
the headlamp ears.
