I'm pretty sure that they don't make the tillers anymore, so that would explain the lack of information.

They don't make the TLs anymore, but if you do a search, the TL-lovers have gone off on them to give you more info than you ever wanted on them.  :)

Love my TLS and there are a lot of us still out there riding the TLR's and TLS's.

Visit //www.tlplanet.com for more info.  Definitely not a bike for the faint of heart.  They have their own special quirks that can make riding a challenge at times if you aren't paying it the proper respect it deserves.

They are nothing like a busa, which is a good thing.

The TLR was made from 98-03 and the TLS 97-03. Both are 1-liter v-twins but with very little else the same between them. They were available in all countries. The only real differences in the model years are the colors. Bad press on the TLS having a headshake and Suzuki killing the race efforts on the TLR made for an early end to a great bike. //www.TLPlanet.com is the only site for all things TL.

I miss my tiller.......

Didn't they model the 1000cc vstrom engine from the TL?

All new SV and DL engines were modeled after the TL line.

I like the older ones with the dashboard style hud.
