Title: Anybody in Ohio willing to help rebuild my forks?
Post by: BigTwin on August 14, 2005, 05:10:15 PM
I recently wrecked my bike and bent my forks, and now I bought replacement fork tubes, seals, and oil and I need someone to help me completely rebuild my forks.

I will be making the gstwin fork tool to aid in the deconstruction as well.

THANKS, BigTwin

That's funny.... I used to live in Bedford about 30-35 miles from Johnstown. RT56 used to be pretty sweet over the mountain, I rode it a few times in the early 90's

perhaps, thats what i need to do.  rebuild forks for folks on GStwin.com

ive got a complete front end sitting in myshed waiting for the next GS frame, but i could use the one on my current GS as i want to upgrade them to katana forks.

i could probly rebuild this set, have them waiting then exchange them for someone elses needing rebuilding.

what do you folks think? what would be reasonable to charge, shipping is average of 20$ for forks
