I just bought some fuel line from Cycle Gear that seems to match perfectly to the original line. I bought Polyurethane Fuel Line 5/16 I.D. x 7/16 O.D. I will let you know if it works.
This is what I bought last year and I haven't had any problems since. I also changed out the stock clamps and used screw clamps. I hope this helps.
Take a trip to your local AP store and get some fuel line. You will need about 4 ft if your replacing all of them. If you get same guage as i got(autozone) be prepared to struggle abit getting both lines on under the tank.

Huh, I did this last night.
I was desperate, and no cycle shops were open that late.
My concern was crimping ( considering the confined routing around the airbox, and tank) I bought the 5/16id fuel injection line. This stuff is pretty thick, and expensive $.33 an inch!, but it worked great. Astheticaly, I am not sure I like it, but you can barely see it.
I got mine from Davipu  and it rocks :thumb: :thumb: Helped fix my starvation prob!
