Yep, my friend painted them white and dropped them off this morning. They're pretty dusty from sitting in his shop post-spray; they'll look better when I get them on the bike and clean them up a bit.
I'm working on getting a beat-up tank off of eBay. I see no reason to scuff and paint a mint gas tank. :)
This 3-day weekend is full already! :(

It's for the GSX-R. The pretty OE fairing has been sold on eBay.

Ja, specifically BMW Alpine White III. A friend of mine was painting his race car, and shot these the same color since he had the paint loaded up already (very nice of him!!).

That was super nice of him to shoot white on your skins. Actually, I think the white looks kind of cool. Just all white. Do you think that you'll put any stickers on there or anything? You know, just to let people know that there is an "R" in there.
I have a scheme with vinyl in mind. I'll see if I get it done before the track day. If not, oh well; I'll do it over the winter.
I'm making a detatchable bracket with the taillight, turn signals, and plate in the back, and one with headlights in the front. It'll look like ass, but it'll be functional. I'll deal without mirrors. I won't be riding it during commute times anyway!
I wouldn't put any decals other than your # on it.
I want to remove all of my decals except the Suzuki emblem on the tank and have the bike solid blue/ trimmed in black..
