Title: drain plug problem

Im changeing my oil right now and when I got to takeing the crash washer off I couldn't get the washer off? any tips or tricks?

That may be part of the oil pan. What looked like the crush washer on mine was actually part of the oil pan, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Well Im guessing it a crash washer because it looked like the stock suzuki crush washer. I already got it off and  replays it.

I just changed my oil for the first time on this bike. The only way I could get the old crush washer off the drain plug was to take it down in the shop and cut it in two places (on opposite sides) with a chisel. An old chisel mind you, not one of my good ones.  Not too hard with the chisel, you don't want to damage the drain plug. Did the trick for me. The washer is soft aluminum, so it cut quite easily.
