Ok...I've searched! :P
Where does everyone get their cheap earplugs? I'm talking about the cheap foam ones that you wear and toss. I'm looking for large quantities!
Thanks!
Try here: http://www.sportys.com/pilotshop/
Search for ear plugs. They sell earplug dispensers (http://www.sportys.com/acb/showdetl.cfm?&did=19&product_id=1434) (usually for flight line workers).
here's where I bought mine.

I found these, too...they look similar:

before I bought the big box I bought a sampler box from Aerostitch:

they all felt a little different and once I found the ones I liked I bought a big box. its been a year and a half and I'm still on the same box...
google industrial safety supply stores and your zip code
i just posted some for sale...it's the Aearo EAR Grande model...doesn't really fit my small SMALL ear...so i'm selling them off...
let me know if you're interested...
Pandy,
For really cheap ones, try Home Depot or Lowes or any of the DIY places. I get them all the time, but then again I work on MRI systems and the patients frequently use them to block out the knocking sounds of the gradient sequences.
I don't get used ear plugs...that would be gross. On the other hand they are free. Do you want me to save some for you?

I'll compare the home store prices and online prices.
Thanks for all the tips...and, starwalt, you can save your used ones, but thanks for the offer. :nana:
you can find them at your neighborhood drug stores
