I wasn't quite sure where to put this, so I figured odds and ends would be the safest place =P
So here's my story... Starting a new job on monday at starbucks, so you KNOW I won't be makin bank... Been puttin around on a lil 185 enduro, and I'd reeeeally like to upgrade to a GS500 =) So, my credit history is rather spotty... BofA won't gimme a personal loan in the amount of 1500, so I was wondering if anyone knew of a lender willing to work with people w/ poor credit?
Over the past year or so, I've been re-building my credit w/ a gas card and a low limit credit card... So the last time I had my credit score checked it was a 620 or so... which is decent, right? :dunno:
Aaaaanywho, I know prudence dictates that I should really just suck it up and save for 6 months or so, but I want one now now now!!! =P Soooo, yeah, anyone know of a trustworthy online site, creditor in the Los Angeles area, pagan rituals, etc that'll help me get a loan? thankies!
Maybe if you ask someone to co-sign on the loan?????????????
If your credit score isn't there, you're going to get raped. I'd save up.
Check with credit unions - they're usually better than regular banks - but if you're in a place where BofA won't even consider it, I'd just save and wait.

Just watch the interest rate. If they try to rape you, then save up, as the others have suggested.
Good luck!!
how much do you have for a down payment?
You can also try leandingtree.com they will put out your loan request to several different lenders and you can pick the one with the best interest rates
Don't end up like this (http://www.gstwins.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21686) guy.
I don't think 620 is THAT bad. Heck, you should be able to get a 100% home loan!
Well, as far as a down payment goes, I'd be buying a used motorcycle, so I wouldn't need more than 1500. And as far as lendingtree.com goes, they won't finance less than 7500?! :? I guess that's to make it worth their time. I can't find anyone to cosign on a loan for me either. :dunno: Althoooo, my mom's a LA county employee, and I just found out about their credit union, so I'll see what I can finagle out of em :thumb: Wish me luck! =)
