Any dumb posts, fights, annoying or offensive threads are tossed here. A place where they can be viewed and debated till the end of time - or till 30 days after the latest post, whichever comes first.

This boarders on dumb, although I don't think that this qualifies as the def. of dumb they mean above. I have seen alot of posts that were way worse stay in O&E much much longer. It would fit perfectly in a Post whore Farm if one existed.

We called it "spinny thing" but I liked it.
