Last year I reused my costume from the year before... I have to get two costumes this year. :(
One is for a show on the 29th. My band (http://www.eviltwinrocks.com) is doing a "costume" show. We're playing the show as Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers (http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&token=ADFEAEE4791BDE47A87F20D6AD2941DBA07AF506FE4BF59A1321435992B63E45911B73F348FC8E92FDFB75AB78ACE02CA45A0A9FC8E454FBD6623A2DED93&sql=10:ctc8b5z4nsqg) and playing 10 of their songs. I'm going to be Richard Hell... I was gonna dress something like the pic in the link, but add on some surgical tubing tied on my arm with a syringe hanging out.
THEN!
Monday my company is having a Halloween party... It's usually a huge bash with HR violations galore... For that, my department is doing a twisted carnival theme. I'm planing on going as a side-show freak. With a baby head, arm, and leg sticking out of my side. :thumb:
What are YOU doing for a costume?
Me and a friend are heading out to the bars dressed as hanz and franz.
And for those young ones that might never have seen them

If I've got my schedule straight, that night I'm going as a drunk stuffed into a tuxedo. Otherwise I'm just going as a drunk. ;)
:)
I'd be surprised if anyone born after 1979 knows them.
My friends and I are going as the entire Mario crew. I'm going to be Luigi. We'll have me, Mario, Peach, a short kid as Toad, a really big guy as Bowser, and another big guy as Wario. Some of those people are tentative, but we're gonna try our darndest to get them all in.

X-File style?
Hans & Franz are great skits!
We are being encouraged with free food to wear a costume to the office. I was specifically informed that no, I could not just wear my helmet all day. :(

Whoah.
Deja vu.
You alright there, Badger? You became a glitch in the Matrix...
I don't have to work on Halloween this year. Usually, I'll just wear jammies and carry a teddy bear to work. Last year, I was a Goth.
This year, I'll just scare the lil chilluns with my own nekkid mug. :P
pandy

Supposed to be humor...never mind. :P
HOLY CRAP
I had to read that twice before I got that.
I need some god damn coffee.
I have no idea who Franz and Hans are.
And I have no idea what a "Wario" is.
Q.E.D.

That.
I've been wanting to do this idea for a couple of years, but haven't taken the time to make the costume yet. I'm gonna be a huge black ball with a wick coming off the top of my head. When people ask what I am, I'm just going to respond with, "I'm da bomb!"
I was born in 82 and i know all the mario crew and still remember watching the Hanz and Franz skits
I told my wife to dress up like a big red brick and I would go as the "brick layer"
She didn't find it as funny as I did...
I was born in '86 and am quite familiar with Hans and Franz, and Mario, as for Stephen072774's idea, my dad (ironically, named Stephen as well) had a better.. he had my pregnant stepmother dress up as an oven (lights, knobs, open/close, whole 9yds), and he was a chef... "bun in the oven" =)

Same here

Well this year I have to go out in drag. Last year i was scar face, rubber tommy gun and all. I think the GF is way to excited about making me over, sha already has a wig and appropriate bra. She hasn't figured out what exactly i will were yet, but i am certain i will make for an ugly girl. Then again i might scare myself

The X-Files had an episode about a series of murders in a carnie show and one of the freaks had his brother "attached" to his side (belly it seems more like), which looked like an infant, from birth.
Yeah... Except I was planning on having the baby head on my shoulder... And one arm and leg sticking out of my side...
We'll see if I actually get a costume together.
Check this costume out....this is my friend a couple of halloween's ago. I loved it!

More Beelzebub-ish?
