Hope you guys like it :thumb:
I like that pipe...where did you get it???
Great bike! It looks awesome. :thumb:
Dave
Thaqt looks really good! The wheel accents are a nice touch. What exhaust is that and where did you get it? Anyway, looks really good. Nice bike. :dunno:
Hmmm... the big writing on the pipe says YOSHIMURA TRS... I wounder if that could be what it is :?
VERY NICE! I like it :thumb:
Is it just me, or is the slight angle difference of the pipe and the tail bothersome? Why couldn't Suzuki just match the angle?
Very nice looking (Except for all that plastic in the front :nana: ) Is that smoked tail light sill pretty bright?
Those wheel accents look nice. I like the can, too. I might be getting an RS-1 on mine, but I'm not sure. Well done all the same though.
Yes very nice. How do you like the can? Perhaps a sound clip? :)

Now that you said what it is, I can squint hard enough and sort of make it out. I tried before but couldn't. I have pretty bad eyeballs! My old monitor doesn't help matters. :nana:
Bike looks great, I especially like the wheels. :thumb:
By the way, where in GA are you? I'm in Statesboro, which is about 45 min. west of Savannah.
w00t! VERY purdy bike (for one that's not purple!) ;)
I think that's the cleanest bike I've seen since scratch's. I'm hoping that mine will be 1/100ths as clean some day! ;)
Wicked!
Ok i am going to try and answer all the responses but #1 thanks for all the compliments i really like how the bike is turning out.
coll0412 i got it off ebay for like $275
Phaedrus yes it's a yoshi TRS and same as coll
RVertigo yeah a lil annoying but i can live with it and i like all the plastic and yes it is still bright :nana: :)
oppy00 i live in roswell, GA
and once again thanks for everyone's input :thumb:
Nice bike. I love the look of the smoked tail light. How is it with the lights on? Is it still bright? Seems like the smoked plastic might make for a dim brake line, which doesn't sound like the best idea.
oh as far as a sound clip goes i'll need help on that since i never did it b4 sorry leo
the can is from a 99-02 R6 but the pipe is a custom made pipe but yeah that is the can's make.
Yeah nice bike. . . but you need to get rid of the front flush mounts they are too small. Get rid of them, fill in the holes and install some GSXR-1000 mirrors with the intergrated turn signals. That would be better.
Ja. I was thinking... that looks like the tri-oval on my GSX-R. That looks a lot better than I thought it would on a GS. Hmmmm.

not a problem. what are your impressions of it?
How did you do those wheel accents?? Those are awesome. I have the same bike and never thought about that but would like to do it now. Do you paint it on the tire??
I agree, those wheel accents look hawt! How'd ya do it? The gas tank pad and cap cover add somehting to it too, did you get them off ebay?
and also, how do you deal with not having your rear turn signals? I have been wanting to judo chop my fender off but want to keep signals. Do you worry that you might get hit from behind? I know I would.
Quote from: Budrick320and also, how do you deal with not having your rear turn signals?
Methinks the turn signals are integrated into the brake light.
what bike was that exhaust originally made for?
:nana: to blue05twin
now to others lol
Leo: i really like it. It sounds nice and sporty w/ that v-twin grunt. well i like it at least overall i love my exhaust.
bud & nar: they are a tape from a company it's tapeworks.com it's easy to find it on their site.
nar: the gas tank pad and cap cover are from suzuki dealer
bud: yeah they really are integrated and they are noticable. my friends say that it catches their eyes.
jeast: a R6 99-02
to anyone wondering yes the tail lights are still bright. blue05twin and I actually think it's brighter. :dunno: just what we think
Hey man, I have the same bike as you and am wondering... how did you get rid of the shovel? Is that an aftermarket replacement? Also, are the rear integrated turn signal lights custom or aftermarket? PLEASE let me know. Thank you.

i did our own version of the fenderectomy and the rear integrated turn signals are from clear alternatives.
how is the visability on the integrated turn sigs? Is it easy to tell which one is on or does it just look like a flashing light to a car following?
Very nice bike!!!
The led's behind the smoked lense is real brite, the cover was originaly clear we used rattlecan smoke tint to smoke it. Visability is great. I don't have any problems knowing which way he's heading when I'm following him.
The Yoshi sound is a higher than the stock exhaust :dunno: It's more higher pitched than the stock and the wileyco. Does sound good tho. . just not as good as a wileyco :nana:
The rim tape is the reflective type that www.tapeworks.com sells very easy to install right BOSS500
The rear fender we cut it where the groove is and right above the hole for the turn signals. To mount the license plate we turned the exhisting bracked upside down and drilled new holes into the fender. The side reflectors and stuck on useing heavy duty double sided indoor/outdoor 3M adhesive.
Once again the smoke tail lense is VERY EASY TO SEE. THE TURN SIGNALS ARE INTERGRATED.
I'm liking that idea for the reflective tape. You can get black and it can't hurt to be a little more refelective at night.
Nice mods. I am going to hijack ideas. Hope you don't mind.
lol go ahead if you live anywhere but GA :flipoff: j/k good luck with the ideas. :thumb:
