I currently have the JR Atomic gloves and this morning I learned that they don't work very well in cold weather. I'm in the market for some inexpensive winter gloves and am trying to decide from these few that i have found so far. I was just wondering if any of you have tried any of these or wondering what your opinions are.

I'm thinking about going with one of the first 2 due to price, although i really like the olympia trailblazers, but newenough is the only place i have found them and they only have size small. The trip to school is about 5 miles (but I also would like them to withstand longer trips just in case) and it usually gets in the 30's to 40's (F) during the winter. I would like some with adequate protection also. Thanks a lot,
Chris
I haven't tried any of those, so I can't really help... BUt, you might find some info here:

Has anyone ever heard of Jafrum leather?? I just found their site, they have a lot of leather stuff for a really good price. They have quite a few pairs of gloves I was looking at for under $20 and they are genuine leather with 3M thinsulate liner.

These look like they have some sort of carbon fiber looking protection

I had a set of winter gloves before with primaloft that weren't too bad. 3M makes some decent insulation products so i might spend a bit extra on the Olympians. But before ya spend you might try riding in in a set of heavy gloves if you get a chance. It's a different experience. :dunno:
Wouldn't the leather gloves offer more protection from both crashes and the wind? (if they are worth a crap) Just a thought. They also have the 3M insulation, plus I kinda like the look (and price) of the ones with the carbon fiber looking armor.

Thats a review for a type of glove that highly resembles (and has same model number) as these http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.433673/sc.12/category.-112/it.A/id.586/.f
That is actually how i found the company, I did a search on google for the model number GL2068 and it found it. They claim their prices are so cheap because they manufacture and import their products and they sell a lot in bulk. They offer discounts when you buy large numbers. They also say it is good quality leather, not scraps or anything. This all could be a bunch of BS, just curious of your opinions. They also have auctions on ebay and their feedback is excellent.
This has been going lately:

i'm ordering me some right now... can't go wrong for 28 bucks, but the dang $9 shipping ticks me off. i paid the same shipping when i got my helmet/jacket/summer gloves.
