so this officialy sucks.  the rotor bolt, after 1500 miles decided to come loose and as it tried to unthread it's self it wedged against the cover, as it pushed through it mannaged to strip half the threads off the bolt and f%$k up the threads in the crank, so now i need a new crank. I already tried to clean up the threads in the crank with a tap and you can't even get the thing to start.  the bolt i had to cut off with a grinding wheel to get the ignition rotor out of the way then using vice grips pulled the remainder of the bolt out.  the last 1/4 inch of the bolt is smooth like there were never thread there.

that sux
if 1/2 the threads are still good
new bolt and lock-tite

i crashed at savannah in....96? and broke the cover
about a year later the bolt broke whole racing
i got lucky and just un screwed the broke piece
installed a new bolt and kept on going
