This leaves the few women who post to want to keep their gender a secret, or at least low-key. A few forums I hang out on have tons of women, but they don't post pics of themselves, nor do they make a big deal out of their gender (as typically, men will smother them with attention, similar to this thread).
I don't blame RG for not posting a pic of herself (at least that I've seen). It's a sad state of affairs, but that's just how it is in a lot of places.
That being said, do I want to see a pic of her? Of course! She lives a few miles away from me and rides the same bike as I. What's not to love? :D
