Hey now guys,

I recently got a 04GS500F as my first bike. I know very little this bike and found this website. But the informatino are a bit confusing and I was wondering if anybody can debreif me on what "jetting" is and what are some key things I should know about the GS and riding in general.

Check out the FAQ page. It has much good info, including Why You Might Want To Rejet.

There's a link for Search at the top of the page. Make sure you're familiar with the radio buttons that let you search for Any or All terms.

If you do a search for Wileyco and 2004, you'll find the post of what I did to my F, jettingwise.
